Two Little Feet was founded by Melanie Lincoln, a mum of two girls living in London, who created the company's first product.

 

Melanie's desire to create came when she was looking after her newborn baby and felt that sometimes there can be hundred of options available to buy a product yet none of them seems quite the way she needed it. 

 

Starting with the baby playmat. Most playmats on the market do not offer sufficient level of comfort for a newborn baby being laid down on his back. No matter if the base of the mat is somewhat padded , when the mat is put on a hard floor it is still too hard for the baby's head. So Close to Nature playmat is launched, with a foam base inside the mat that literally mimics the comfort of a cot bed! And the added useful feature is that the protected foam base can be removed to make cleaning easy.

 

Melanie's philosophy is simple: combine innovative design, safety, and carefully selected colours. Make it better, Make it perfect. Leave nothing to coincidence.
